After an analysis made by Salvatore Albert Bazile the founder of the AlbertBazile Foundation, and Jean Marc-nel Etienne, the director of international affairs of the foundation and the project consultant, all the artists of this community indiscriminately deserve social support which can simultaneously contribute to the promotion of culture and the economy of the country. Singers, comedians, poets and craftspeople have a place in world cultural society and play a big role in the artistic world, an effect that generated the interest of the foundation and to get involved to the rescue of every one of them in the general culture and expression whose objectives and contents are the following:

Develop by reading all types of texts and documents (press, essays, literary works, iconographic documents, films) in relation to current issues encountered in the media, artistic productions, and places of debate. The choice of topics for reflection, texts and study documents is left to the initiative of the professor, who is inspired by the following principles:

  • Create a common culture among art students coming from various backgrounds
  • Develop students’ curiosity in the sense of a general culture open to the problems of the contemporary world (questions of society, politics, ethics, and aesthetics);
  • Develop a sense of reflection (precision of information and arguments, respect for the thoughts of others, training in the expression of personal judgment) by offering quality texts and documents in accordance with the reading skills of the concerned public.

To be the subject of a publication at the cultural center of each community, this publication specifies a title, a problem and bibliographical indications which orient and delimit the problem of each career. Expression Effective oral communication requires mastery of a number of expression skills and techniques. This mastery, in turn, requires sufficient knowledge of the cultural term and an ability to synthesize to accurately capture the thinking of others in the arts and express one’s own with precision.

Various exercises contribute to this mastery: oral debate, oral presentation, analysis of verbal interactions; analysis and summary of a text, comparison of more or less convergent or opposite texts, logical study of an argument, constitution and analysis of documentation, report of a read book, composition of a synthesis from texts and documents of all kinds, writing a report, a note, a personal response to a question asked, a personal argument from culture and the arts.

The situations proposed are training situations. Some of them can be used as support for an assessment (for example, the practical exercise and discovering hidden talents). Others do not appear as such in the certification tests but are essential in a training course (the exercise of summary, for example, or even cultural activities). These situations do not constitute an exhaustive or imperative catalog, they do not define an obligatory itinerary, but it is important to remember that a well-studied progression does not presuppose that the tests imposed for the issue of the certificate and at the level required are immediately achievable the end of training. Each teacher of arts or cultures retains the responsibility of defining their educational project, determining their priorities and their progress. According to the schedules at his disposal, he takes care of the professional requirements specific to the sections where he teaches and meets the needs identified by the artists of each category. Whenever possible, he makes sure to establish links between the education he provides and the general and professional education that his students receive in their section.
